Property was recently remodeled! Beautiful, well kept and very modern! The breakfast was delicious! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help you! Upon checking in, we received a warm personable welcome and was acknowledged for being Hilton Honors members and received our cute little thank you baggie with snacks and cold water! The rooms are clean and comfortable and recently remodeled! The pool outside was open and came in clutch for the hot weather! We always look forward to staying at Hamptons, especially this location! Great hotel for business or leisure!

Got called the morning of my stay to say that the room I had reserved was no longer available. In fact, they didn't have any room for me at all. They sent my reservation to a place 5 miles away. I was traveling with a group and did not want to be separated. Too bad, I guess. I recommend booking a stay here if you want to be reminded that reservations are worthless and you are worthless.

Even after the renovation the material condition of the property is rough and the attention to detail by management is lacking - a few examples - breakfast supplies are not being ordered to have OJ at breakfast and apparently it’s the guests fault for drinking too much; the door to my room was coming off the top hinge and had to be forced to be closed; no feather pillows in the rooms which I have found to be standard at Hampton Inns. On the plus side, the front desk staff is doing a great job and Chandra and Maria in particular get credit for outstanding customer service.

Visit on Oct. 28, checking out on the 29th, Front Service help was poor. During breakfast milk was expired and when asked to have non expired milk I was told by kitchen employee that they did not have non expired milk but that could use expired milk up to 10 days after expiration date. IMAGING ME BEING A DEPT. OF HEALTH????? No apologies just a simple statement. Wondering and questioning the freshness of their food right now. This is definitely NOT the service or answer nor the standard I was expecting. 0% CUSTOMER SERVICE....ATTACHED SOME PICS.

Hampton Inn failed me on this one. While the front desk rep at the nearby sister hotel was great and helped call around to find us a room when her site was fully booked, I almost regret the kind gesture. We arrived to a somewhat stagnant, clammy feeling room that smelled like a distant sewer. We searched around to find the source and turned up the air conditioner in hopes the cold air would help. The culprit was the toilet. When flushed, it smelled like a sewer exloided. Exhausted (it was 2am when we arrived), we just closed the door and put a towel up to it. Then, the air conditioner began its ticking. This drove me nuts a little. It didnt help that the whole front cover eventually just fell off. We left it on the floor.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was satisfying and plentiful. The pool area was clean and had plenty of towels available.

The room is better than expected and Maria got me in about 5 minutes. The tv is quite large and everything is clean. If you're coming to Lexington Park stay here!
